2018 Ford Mustang EcoBoost Premium – Design and style
There are very few differences between the exteriors of the EcoBoost Premium and GT Premium model. The front face of the car comes with a modified grille and an aggressive appearance. The rear diffuser is more stylish and the Premium variant features exhaust ports that are quad-tipped. The overall height of the EcoBoost Premium model’s nose has also been cut.
The seats are covered in high-quality leather and come with in-built dual-mode climatic controls. The interiors also contain a 12-inches LCD Digital Instrument Cluster. Mounted controls on the steering wheel allow you to access controls such as tire pressure reading, fuel economy check, etc. The interiors are cleaner and are made of better-quality materials. When it comes to the overall weight, EcoBoost Premium is almost 200 lbs. lighter than the GT model. The steering provides great control, the brakes work wonderfully, and the car functions best in the Sports mode. The leather-covered seats are well-bolstered and comfortable. The front seats are spacious and come with ample legroom. But, the lack of storage space in the cabin and the snug trunk negatively impact the front-seat comfort. Rear seating for adults is a bit tight; however, it is good to go for younger kids. Even though the rear seats are supportive, the problem areas are the headroom and legroom, as well as the egress, and ingress. The rear legroom is around 29 inches.
