Last December I wrote about the $50,000 CXC Motion Pro II video game racing simulator, if that was out of your price range then you might want to think about the Vesaro Advanced Racing Simulation rig. The Vesaro race simulators have a starting price of £999 ($1,565 US) and can go up to £16,578 ($25,980), still a hefty price but much more reasonable compared to $50k ;), which can buy you a very nicely equipped sports car.
The Vesaro race simulators come in 9 different variations and all come with stainless steel structures that have been painted black. The base model is the Vesaro V-Core simulator that comes with the basic structure and a Cobra Monaco Pro FIA bucket seat. Buyers have the option to add a polished stainless steel structure for a few hundred extra “quid”, fancy Cobra Evolution Pro or Cobra Misano reclining bucket seats. Other options include Logitech G27 steering wheel and pedals, 4 Actuator Motion kit, sound system under the seat, Logitech 5.1 surround sound system, a rig that holds three TV’s, and a bunch of other fancy racing stuff.
If money is not a problem for you then you can skip the “pick and choose” step and graduate to the Vesaro Motion X model that has all the options included for a price of £16,578. The simulators work with PS3, Xbox 360, and PC racing games. So if you have more money than you know what to do with, you should definitely pick up one of these video game racing simulators or you could buy a nice sports car.
