Here at Unfinished Man, we love knives of all shapes and sizes which is why I’m falling in love with the Arsenal 22LR Knife Gun. They say you shouldn’t bring a knife to a gun fight, but the folks over at Arsenal Firearms disagree because they got a little trick up their sleeve.
The Arsenal 22LR Knife Gun is not only a badass knife but it features a .22 caliber revolver which is capable of firing off six shots consecutively before it needs to be reloaded. This knife gun is apparently made for the Russian Special Forces in a small production batch of 200 units although the original batch was only limited to 15 units.
Arsenal Firearms, of Las Vegas, is importing these pieces of art and are available for purchase for $2000 and an additional $5 for having the AOW stamp (Any Other Weapon because the gun is concealed within another object). Of the original 15 built, one of the knives was actually used in the film, A Good Day to Die Hard.
The blade on this knife is six and a half inches long with a straight back clip, and a single fuller along the left side. The short double action revolver is integrated into the grip, with the bullet firing over the blade. The grips are checkered plastic, and feature a fold down trigger in the front strap and a takedown button on the butt which allows it to disengage the hinged front section to reveal the cylinder and working mechanics.
Just to be on the safe side and insure that you don’t accidentally blow your finger off, there is a sharp needle-like spike placed just above the barrel which will keep your fingers away from that area of the gun knife. The weapons seems to be of good quality but that also means it’s pretty expensive. This weapon will be set you back $2,000. Probably not the most effective weapon but the unique factor might make it worth the money for some folks.
Where can I get one?
You’ll have to ask the company that makes it. 🙂
