Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Business Lounge By Brabus

In the past, we’ve written about a number of vans which have been transformed by Lexani Motors into what are essentially presidential business lounges. Today, we’ll look at the same type of transformation on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter but completed by German tuners, Brabus. The tuned Sprinter was unveiled at the Moscow International Automobile Salon.

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter used for this project is the long wheelbase and raised roof variant of the van. In the back is where all the action is featuring four main business seats which face each other in a conference seating arrangement. Behind the main seating area is an additional set of two seats bringing the total number of passengers to eight including the driver and front passenger.

The interior of the vehicle looks absolutely amazing and the seats are capable of reclining to a full sleeping position and has bonus functions such as lumbar support, heating, ventilation, massage functions, and are power-adjustable and has a memory function allowing it to remember up to three positions. All of the seat functionality is controlled via a touch pad near the armrest. The poor folks in the very back row don’t get to enjoy all the amenities. The third row seats face forward and each seat has a folding backrest. The back row can also be removed if more luggage space is needed.

The seats feature a two-tone cognac and mocha color scheme and Brabus uses soft and supple Mastik leather providing a comfortable seating arrangement. Brabus also makes use of a genuine wood floor and covered in veneer to provide a very classy atmosphere. This business lounge van also features a very special climate control system which was developed in cooperation with OEM Everspacher of Germany. The envious people outside of the van won’t have a clue what’s happening inside thanks to dark-tinted glazing as well as a total of eight power-operated curtains on the side windows and rear window.

Passengers can connect their laptops and smart devices into the media center while the contents can be displayed on its 42-inch HD LCD screen which is integrated into the bulkhead behind the driver’s cab. The four conference seats also have access to a 10-inch display integrated into the center console between the seats. The Brabus business lounge van also features what appears to be a Nespresso coffee machine and a small refrigerator to keep drinks chilled.

As beautiful as the interior is, the exterior also gets some minor changes including the new grille which now features the Brabus logo. The company has also installed a new front bumper featuring LED daytime running lights, a set of 18-inch Monoblock wheels, and a twin-exhaust pipes to help it stand out in the crowd. This Springer Business Lounge certainly isn’t your average soccer mom van.
