Readers of Unfinished Man know how much we love cars. Recently, we came across William Boyd’s latest adventure story, “The Vanishing Game,” as presented by Land Rover…and I’ve got to say that the brief intro of twists, turns, hints of treachery and moments of celebration left me wanting more…lots more.
Spies, betrayals, international ports of intrigue are some of the reasons I like William Boyd’s books. “Any Human Heart” (Booker Prize, 2002, which includes Ian Fleming, the author of James Bond books as a character) and “Solo” (2013) are some of my William Boyd favorites.
