Handymen can even knock up their own, with a little wood and some tools. If you like a tipple in the evening, this should be the number one addition on your list, and it’s a great focal point for entertaining guests.

Kick back with your favorite games and benefit from a three-screen set-up. This is a great option if you are recording videos, but also if you’re just saving the world and want to check your social media at the same time.
And yes, that is a desk PC, so you don’t have to worry about your tower getting in the way (if that was a concern for you).

What home wouldn’t benefit from a home cinema with a starlit ceiling? Watch your favorite films in surround sound, without having to pay for an extortionate theater trip. Perhaps not the most attainable of the lot (major understatement), an indoor swimming pool is the ultimate pad-enhancement. Not only can you get in a few laps first thing in the morning (before your morning coffee), but you can also invite your mates over for a pool party in the summer.
