Add another set of watches to the ever expanding offerings of smart watches; these smart watches are off Vector. Vector is offering two versions of their watches, a round dial called the Vector Luna and a rectangular dial called the Vector Meridian. These smartwatches come with in-house developed operating system.
One of the biggest complaints about smartwatches has been their short battery life between charges, Vector is claiming a 30 day battery life on their watches, which is a huge improvement over the average smartwatch battery life of between 1 and 2 days.
The Vector smartwatches use a traditional watch design with the functionality and flexibility of a smart watch. The watches are offered in stainless steel, black, or rose gold cases with black leather straps, rubber straps, or metal bracelets, and they come with built-in multiple dial layouts, which can be changed to fit the occasion or the user’s mood. The watches also come with fitness tracking apps, calender and contact management. We will try to do a full hands-on review of one of these watches in the near future.
The Vector smartwatches will be available in September, priced between $249 and $399. [Buy it]
