It’s almost upon us. Dark Souls III will formally be released in Japan in less than twelve hours, and to celebrate, From Software is sharing with us an exceptionally done launch trailer. This trailer weighs in at a little over two and a half minutes, and while half of it is reused video footage from the very first video game, it sets a rather ominous tone for what follows.
We not only see brand-new characters to the universe, but familiar faces, too. Dark Souls III will be offered in North America and Europe on April 12 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Do yourself a favor and play the PC version if you really want to see this game shine.
