KOVIN’s story started when he, his parents and his sister were repatriated from Kazakhstan to Germany. The only belongings they had were two bags of clothes. The only money they had was from the sale of their property in Kazakhstan. Initially, the family lived in a 14 square meter room for several months. The family had to share a common kitchen and washroom with hundreds of others.
Alexander knew his parents needed help, so he started working during his school holidays. It was part-time work at the same company where his parents were working. This is how he survived and eventually graduated. He entered a technical college, but he needed more money for his driver’s license. He started working at a hardware store. Realizing he wanted financial stability more than any degree, Alexander dropped out of college to pursue a career in sales.
He became an apprentice in sales for an insurance company and soon started increasing his earnings. At one time, Alexander became the best performer in the team. He left the job and became an independent insurance agent. Meanwhile, he pursued his academic degree from IHK via a self-learning program.
In nine years, he has built a successful real estate company. Today, he is a top entrepreneur in the real estate industry and it took patience, perseverance, and sheer hard work. He now has more than 110 sales partners working with him to sell real estate for his company. He also has 3 full time employees running the office. Alexander has had the honor of many awards as well. He has been named the TOP Real Estate Investment Expert by Success Magazine, the Top Consultant by Trusted Experience and given the Top Service Quality award by Sachwert Magazin.
Alexander always advises others to remain steadfast on their goals and never pay attention to what others think. People’s opinion should not concern you since everyone is on their own path in life. As well, setting objectives for your future can keep you motivated and inspired during difficult times. Alexander aims to grow KOVIN further and looks forward to establishing his company as a major real estate and finance company.
