Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with Brie Nightwood, a social media influencer, and owner of Nightwood Media. During our conversation, Brie opened up about her experiences as an OnlyFans star and discussed the importance of creating quality content. She also shared some advice for aspiring social media influencers who are looking to make a name for themselves.

An Interview with Brie Nightwood
How did you get interested in computers?
I was first introduced to computers in grade school when multiple of my teachers would host computer lab days. I was immediately fascinated by it despite the limited web access we were allowed.
What was your first experience with coding?
In 6th grade, I took a course on computer programming. It was very basic but taught me how to make simple apps.
How did you start building software?
When I started, I only had access to a Mac rather than a PC so I educated myself in AppleScript and used it with Apple’s Automator feature to build computer security programs.
What do you think is the future of computing?
I believe that AI is going to explode in the near future. It is already a hot topic in the tech world but I believe it will be implemented in a wider range of industries and will become a more impactful part in our daily lives.
What was your first entrepreneurial endeavour?
My first experience as an entrepreneur can be traced back to when I was 5 or 6 and would help my dad sell products on eBay. I’d help him come up with eye-catching titles for his listings and assist with the shipping.
How did you get interested in OnlyFans?
My career in adult entertainment began when I was 18 and tested out camming as a means to make extra income. I cammed on MFC for a couple years until I heard about OnlyFans and its earning potential. Doing live cam shows was a challenge for me because I am introverted and entertaining didn’t come naturally to me, so the ability to be able to make money from sex work without having to broadcast myself was extremely appealing.
What challenges have you encountered on the platform, and how have you overcome them?
A major challenge, especially one that I am facing to this day are the severe consistent tech issues on the site. Despite being a billion dollar company, OnlyFans has yet to implement functional servers. These issues cause a loss of income for sex workers pretty much every single day. There are better functioning platforms out there, but unfortunately OnlyFans still sustains a monopoly over the industry due to its mainstream impact. This is what motivated me to become a co-owner of UnlockedXX– a new SW platform that aims to become sufficient in areas that are lacking on OnlyFans.
What do you think sets you apart from other OnlyFans stars?
I believe my background in tech, business, psychology, and real estate helps distinguish me from other OnlyFans stars and gives me a unique approach to the ways I run my businesses.
Do you see yourself continuing to post on OnlyFans in the future, or do you see it more as a means to an end?
I will continue posting on OnlyFans and other SW platforms for as long as possible! Even if I get to the point to where I have 10 other established successful businesses, why cut out a major income source if I don’t have to?
How do you think OnlyFans will evolve in the future?
I believe that AI & VR will integrate with OF in incredible ways. For instance, I heard that some company is working on a touch-sensor toy that you put on your genitals that is synchronized with a dildo. So basically if the model gave oral to the dildo, the fan would feel the sensations on their end even if they are a thousand miles away. Now imagine that integrated with VR.
What advice would you give to other aspiring OnlyFans stars?
Networking is the most important skill in this industry. Of course you should focus on your content as well but at the end of the day, your success is determined by how you market yourself and connect with others in the industry.
