Attention Guys! Get That Beach Body Look by Following These Simple Steps

I’m willing to bet you’ve clicked this article because you want a beach body. Summer may be over, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still look good. Below, I have a few steps to help you tackle some problem areas and get the body of your dreams.

Tackle That Bulging Gut

The main thing a lot of guys want is to lose their belly fat and get a six pack. We all dream of walking on the beach with our top off and the women fanning themselves as they see our abs. Unfortunately, a summer full of booze and BBQ’s has left most of us with a bulging gut. I can tell you now; that won’t turn any heads! To get rid of this belly, you have to eat right and do plenty of cardio. Cardio is the best way to burn calories, and you have to burn more than you consume. You can also get fat burning supplements that may aid the process too.

Finally, don’t forget your ab exercises! There are so many to choose from; I’m a big lover of the plank. My top tip is to train your abs every day without fail. All you need is ten or fifteen minutes, and you can do it in your bedroom. Combine this with a cardio routine, and you’ll have abs in no time.

Get Rid Of Those Man Boobs

For a lot of guys, man boobs are a real issue. It’s embarrassing when you take your top off and see that your chest is a bit flabby. It’s even worse when you’re running up the stairs and suddenly realize you might need a sports bra. If you don’t know what man boobs are, then lucky you. I’m sure you can guess; they refer to when a guy looks like he has boobs. It’s not a good look, and certainly, doesn’t give you a beach body. Thankfully, you can get rid of them with ease.

Firstly, keep your diet in check. Secondly, consider specialized supplements like Gynectrol that target this problem. Thirdly, work on turning your chest into a rock hard slab of muscle. My top exercises for chest are dumbbell/barbell flat and incline bench press. These will help target different sections of your pectoral muscles and build the most mass. I also suggest lots of push up variations to really kill your chest.

Don’t Forget Leg Day

So many men will spend hours working on the upper half of their body. So much so that they neglect the lower half! You’ll look downright silly if you have a huge upper body and skinny little chicken legs. Remember, it’s a beach body you’re after, not a beach torso! Train legs once a week, and it will make a huge difference to your appearance. A couple of my favorite exercises include squats and lunge variations. I think they help build serious size and help your legs pack on lots of muscle.

Now, you’re ready to hit the gym and tackle these three problem areas. Obviously, don’t forget your arms, shoulders and back too. I just find a lot of guys struggle with the three things I’ve mentioned; that’s why I haven’t included them here. Good luck, and start your journey to a beach body today!
