Getting that death defying adrenaline rush has been sought after by man since the beginning of time and there are so many ways of going about it. My one and only experience was a few months ago when I went bungee jumping off a bridge (160ft free-fall).
But what I experienced during my bungee jump is only a tiny fraction of a rush compared to what these guys experience during their wingsuit flights. For those of you who don’t know, wingsuit flying is a sport where a person can glide through the air using a special jumpsuit (wingsuit). The wingsuit features added surface areas by having additional cloth between the legs and under the arms which makes the free fall towards the earth more efficient. Basically, if you wanted to kill yourself by jumping off a high-rise building and wanted to enjoy the view for a longer period of time, then a wingsuit is the way to do it. Wingsuits were developed in the late 1990’s and whoever created the suit most likely had a dream that they were a flying squirrel.
After the “flight” and once closer to the ground, the user deploys a parachute just like with any skydiving or BASE jumping exercise.

There are plenty of more videos that can be found on YouTube. I don’t know about you guys but my palms were sweating a bit when watching a few of these videos. Most of us will never get to experience this and I’m quite okay with that. I’ll perhaps attempt a skydive one day but that’s about it.
Wow!!!! These guys must have massive balls!!!
