Like most self-proclaimed nerds, I’m a huge fan of the Battlestar Galactica TV show, especially when people make fun of the absolutely ridiculous dialogue and plot lines that would come up every so often. In the same vein as their previous Game of Thrones, a 16 bit adventure!, College Humor released their take on what Battlestar Galactic would be like as an RPG. It’s oh so accurate, and acts as a stark reminder of everything I hated about the show, forced myself to forget, and had absolutely no desire to re-remember!
Now, the video actually covers every season of BSG, so if you’re one of the suckers who hasn’t yet had an opportunity to watch the show, you may want to hold off on watching this as it does “spoil” quite a few of the scenes.
“Are you sure that you want to doom humanity for a hot piece of ass?”

The entire video is excellent, but my favorite part(s) are essentially anything featuring Gaius. College Humor did an awesome job portraying his sniveling – but awesome – self, and the hilariously cowardly things he did through the series. Gaius falls squarely under the category of characters one loves to hate. Hell, I didn’t even hate him. I found most of what he did incredibly hilarious, especially given the fragile state of the human race. Tons of boozing and sex with prostitutes while everyone else suffers? Pfft, no problem!
