Over the years, we’ve written quite a few posts on LEGO stuff; yes we’re grownups and yes we still love these beautiful magical plastic bricks. I recently got really excited about the launch of the LEGO Mini Cooper and here’s a new collection that has me excited; the LEGO Ferrari Collection.
The set is officially called the Shell V-Power LEGO Collection, to promote Shell’s V-Power gasoline. Currently the collection is available at Shell gas stations in Macau and Hong Kong, but fear not, it will be available worldwide in the next few months.
The collection comes with 5 vehicles and two buildings, the vehicles are the 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, 1970 Ferrari 512S, 2013 F128 Ferrari Formula 1 car, 2013 Ferrari Berlinetta, and a Shell gas tanker. The other two items are a finish line with a podium and a figurine, and the Shell gas station replica from the Fiorano race track.
We don’t know how much the Shell V-Power LEGO collection will cost when it’s released worldwide; in Hong Kong, when you fill up your car with HK$500 (about $64.50 US) or more, you can buy one of the items for HK$($3.25 US) each. That’s not a bad price, but I’m sure you want one of these right now and you’re going to on eBay and bid a ridiculous amount on these items just so you can be one of the first people to have this collection.
