If nothing else, this year has made us all keenly aware of how easy it is to spread germs, and the devastating consequences of doing so. Though you may not have given this much thought, it’s important to keep your mobile screen and glass sanitary.
Why? Because you’re constantly touching your screen with your grubby little germ covered hands; the same hands you use to wipe yourself in the bathroom, and touch countless other nasty things as you go about your day.
You’re probably not making many phone calls these days (who does?), but you touch your phone, covering it in germs, and then touch your face, and that’s less than ideal at the best of times.
So with that in mind…
How to Clean Your Phone Screen
There are countless guides to making sure your phone screen is sanitary, so I’m just going to share what actually worked for me. The best method is useless if you don’t actually follow it, but thankfully I think I’ve found both the best method and one I’ve managed to stick with.
In short, get a UV sterilization device, ideally a CleanTray.
It’s simple to use, works quickly, and is effective at killing 99.9% of germs within 5 minutes. Just place your phone (or keys, or whatever) in the tray, press the button, and wait for the process to complete. It’s the easiest way I’ve come across to keep my mobile screen and glass germ-free without any hassle.
I’ve gotten into the habit of doing this every time I return home after being out and about, and it’s working pretty well for me so far. I just place my phone in the CleanTray after I take off my shoes, and then head to the sink to begin the process of washing my hands. Couldn’t be easier.
