If you happen to cross the border from Vancouver, Canada into Blaine, Washington, you may catch a glimpse of a new art installation that resembles a billboard after a nuclear explosion. The piece, titled Non-Sign II was created by Lead Pencil Studio as a commission for the U.S. Government. The artists who created the towering tangle of twisted metal are none other than Annie Han and Daniel Mihalyo, who’ve won numerous awards for their creations.
