You know, I have a sneaking suspicion that Red Bull sponsored this video. I’m not quite sure why, but perhaps once you’ve watched it, you’ll see what I mean. Parkour athlete and Prince Charles look-alike Ryan Doyle is the star of the show in this video, and though I don’t find any of his Parkour moves particularly impressive, the scenery is absolutely stunning and reminds me of many of the cities you visit in Assassin’s Creed. Given the slow motion shots of birds fluttering around, perhaps that’s what he had in mind. Now we just need Ryan diving off a building into a stack of hay while an eagle scream sound plays.
If nothing else, Ryan seems exceptionally passionate about what he does, and I respect that. Now if only he had a better writer for his website. On Ryan’s “About” page we see the following: “Ryan was influenced by movement from age 1, walking at only 7 months old”. Well then, I guess I was quite influenced by movement as well. I liked it so much that I decided to do it each and every day.
