I finally got around to posting this even though the Gear S3 is on the market now. I am still in love with this Smartwatch and there is no need for me to upgrade to S3. It actually did what all the new gadgets are trying to do – it has made my life better and easier to manage with a soft design that has the look of a regular watch. Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch is the product of the year, maybe even of the decade, and it is improving constantly!

First of all, the circular interface is the most elegant solution for the smartwatch. The bezel that is rotating has made the navigation extremely comfortable and this is exactly what I needed. I often check the notifications and the stats of the work on the street or in the transportation and the easy access to all of those was always really important for me. Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch introduced me to the era of easy access to all the notifications, updates and texts with just a glance and minimum effort and time. I could get any updates at any moment of the day just by looking at a watch on my wrist.
Another thing is the wireless charging dock that is included with the purchase of the watch. I found this feature great even though the battery life is pretty good – for me it usually lasts 2 days even though I check it on regular basis. I spend a great part of my day in the car and this is extremely useful when you are driving – you can see who is calling you and see the text message with just a glance.
This is exactly what I was searching for – it looks like a classic watch and it is a great choice for all of those who still find attractiveness in the vintage look and certainly doesn’t have a techy appearance. Samsung made a top notch product with this Smartwatch and I can definitely see it becoming one of their most popular items from Samsung to date. When you wish to get some rest from the constant notifications, you can do it by simply turning off notifications with the Gear phone applications. Here you have the convenience of turning custom notifications on/off as it suits you.
Samsung Gear S2 Smartwatch certainly met all my expectations this entire time and I will continue using it for its great design, features and price. Perhaps an upgrade is due when the Gear S5 is out. I’m not into upgrading each time a new model hits the market.
