It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of Outlier. I’ve been converting much of my wardrobe to their garments over the last year, and I have absolutely no regrets. They make beautiful, exceptionally functional garments, and now they’re getting into the backpack business too.
They’re calling this rolltop backpack the Ultrahigh, and if you ask me, it looks pretty damn slick. It’s made from some of the world’s most advanced materials, including an Ultrahigh Nonwoven Composite known as Dyneema, Cuben fiber, or CTF3. Lightweight, balanced, and stable… it’s a backpack made to be worn, not carried, according to the Ultrahigh official listing.
Though I haven’t yet had the pleasure of picking one of these up, I’ll be putting together a full review the moment I receive it. I’m not one to blindly buy into everything my favorite brands produce, but… I will say that Outlier has exceeded my expectations time and time again over the last year. I’m excited to give this a spin.
You’ll find a lot more information and tons of high resolution photos on the official Outlier website. This pack is selling for $375 USD and – according to the Outlier subreddit – is selling out quickly.
