May is drawing ever closer, and do you know what that means? Sweet, sweet, Witcher 3 goodness. Yes, Geralt my friend… it’s been too long.
As of this publication, May 19th – the official release date for Witcher 3 here in North America – is just a few short months away. That may still sound tortuously long for fans of the series like myself, but I have a feeling this is going to be worth the wait. This first part of a new developer gameplay series should give you an idea what’s in store for us come May.
I’m seeing the same great combat, story, and open world exploration I’ve come to love from the Witcher series, but amplified many times with a brand new engine. The world, by all accounts, is truly massive. I’m looking forward to exploring every inch of it, likely to the detriment of my mental health and physical well being.
Until then, I’ll keep you all posted with the latest trailers, screenshots, and information. Remember, this is just the first part of the walkthrough.
