BMW recently introduced a new model to their lineup, the 4-Series Coupe; although it wasn’t a new model, just a new name for the 3-Series coupe. The standard 4-Series coupe is a pretty nice looking car but is kind of plain looking. The 4-Series with the M Performance Package, on the other hand, makes the car look pretty aggressive and sexy, with a bit of extra power over the standard car.
But if you’re looking for more power, that’s where the all-new BMW M4 Coupe comes in, it’s not only a lot more aggressive looking but it also packs a nice punch.
The M4 was unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d-Elegance; although BMW called the car a “concept”, we think it is production ready. The first thing you’ll notice about the car is its paint scheme, which is a special gold-ish color exclusive to this car and is called “Aurum Dust”. The car looks very aggressive with its muscular hood, the body kit takes the M Performance Package a bit further with an aggressive front bumper with large air intakes, a large vents on the front fenders, a rear bumper with a carbon fiber diffuser, 4 exhaust tips, and a spoiler integrated into the trunk lid.
Another difference on the M4 is the vertical bars on the front kidney grill; the bars are “twin bars” and tie in with the design of the wheels. The M4 also features carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) on the roof and various other body parts. As for power, BMW didn’t provide any information, but we expect the 2014 BMW M4 to be powered by a turbocharged V6, producing over 400 horsepower.
Any car fanatics who want to purchase a Turbocharged BMW M4 Coupe should consider donating their old car beforehand. Even though it is technically a donation, there are still a number of benefits, some of which are financial. First, nothing beats the feeling of knowing you’ve given back to the world, but secondly, you can use a vehicle donation as a huge tax write-off. It’s a win-win situation, so donate that car, free up some space in your driveway, and start driving the powerful BMW M4 Coupe as soon as you can. Via: BMW
